Villa les Terrasses was build 1967 with the French Architect André Drouin, directly onto the rock face and ideally facing south-west with breathtaking sea views from almost every room. The Villa was refurbished 2019 to a very high standard, it still retains its architectural and magical aura.

The house was built in a Bauhaus style, which is arguably the single most influential modernist art Schools of the 20th Century. The building was listed Best Villa in the Med in The Times 2015 and been awarded for one of the 5 most beautiful Pools.

Through a private driveway, you access the private glass elevator build in 2000. The gala lift speeds you to all two floors. The first stop will take you to the large infinity pool with an unbeatable view over the Bay of Villefranche-sur-mer.

The second stop will give you the access to the Villa via a pathway hewn through rock walls.
