Booking

Step 1
Upon receipt of a confirmation of availability, the applicable Villa rates and the amount of deposit will be advised

Step 2
Please complete and submit the booking Form to info@villalesterrasses.com, we will send you a contract which we ask you to return at your earliest convenience. To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking price within 5 days of booking. The balance is due 60 days before the rental begins.

The minimum of Stays are 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and 2 Weeks in Peek season (July – August)

Arrival time earliest 4 pm and departure 10 am. We are happy to keep your luggage on departing day, if your plane is leaving late.

• The Villa is not recommended for small kids under age of 6
• The Villa is also not recommended for dogs or other pets

Cancellation

Cancellation by client

All cancellation must be received in writing, including mail. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written cancellation.

Cancellation by owner

In the Event of significant change in rental or cancellation by owner, all monies you have paid to the owner will be refunded if the owner cannot offer an acceptable alternative.

Insurance

We cannot emphasize enough the importance of purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to date of travel. We strongly recommend that you secure adequate travel insurance.

Conduct & Behavior

We are happy to organize for you special events. All events need to be consulted with the Villa manager first.

The person paying the deposit for the Villa rental is responsible for the correct and appropriate behavior of the guests at the Villa. Should any member of the party behave in a manner considered inappropriate, or download restricted material, the Villa owner or the manager of the Villa may, at their absolute discretion, ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the Villa forth wide.

In such a case, this will be traced as cancellation of the original booking and no refund can be claimed from the owner of the Villa or the manager.

Valuable

Personal safe is provided in the Villa. It is strongly recommended that they are used to store valuable items.

Any valuables left at the property are guests’ sole responsibility. Nor the owner, manager or Staff can be hold responsible for any loss or damage of personal property. It is advised for guests to ensure that all doors and windows remain locked at night or while leaving the property and the alarm system used.

Security Deposit

We require a security deposit of Euro 5000,00 payable to the Owner one week prior to the occupancy. The Villa Manager will upon your arrival go through the Villa with you and make pictures if you request. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakage’s during the rental period of the Villa or its content.

If requested this amount will be returned to you at time of departure, less any such costs.
